Muscle & Fitness magazine is one of the most popular magazines in the United States, and has rated Aerobic Thai Boxing, also known as CARDIO-THAI BOXING, as the #1 Fitness program TO DATE. These types of programs are very popular because they have upper and lower body workouts that burn up to 800 calories per hour. In our program, the techniques of Thai Boxing are combined to teach you how to defend yourself if needed in a dangerous situation. The program will make you feel Super-Charged, and give you the energy to go the extra mile.
In our AEROBIC THAI BOXING class, the members wear their own aerobic or gym workout gear while they workout to motivating music. Our classes are 50 intense and fun minutes long.


Warm ups and stretching during the first part of class include rope jumping, jogging in place, light calisthenics, followed by light stretching. Then the real workout
begins. It is 45 minutes of kicking, punching, bobbing and weaving as you dance around your individually assigned bag. Other moves include jabs, kicks, uppercuts, and right crosses while you shuffle back and forth to give you the BEST CARDIO WORKOUT of your life. In our program we incorporate Dumbbells and Kendo Sticks, best known here as “KENDO CARDIO”, for an extra workout to help with Toning and Sculpting the body. The end of class is an intense 10 minute workout that includes isolation floor exercises which target the abdominals, hips, legs and buttocks.
